We offer two Chocolate Fountain Rental packages to choose from:
Basic Package - Our Basic Package
serves 5 to 150 guests. You provide the dipping selection (see our list
below). This package includes 14 lbs of premium Belgian Chocolate, your choice of Milk, Dark, or White.
Price: $315.00
Complete Package - Our Complete Package serves 5 to 150 guests. We
provide 5-8 items per guest (that you choose from our list below). This package includes 14 lbs of
premium Belgian Chocolate, your choice of Milk, Dark, or White.
Price: $315.00 + $2.25/person
Services offered:
- Fountain delivery to and from the event
- Travel fee of $10.00 for every five miles outside a 30 mile radius, plus tax
Setup and tear down of the chocolate fountain and dipping items.
Display
arrangement of fountain and dipping items.
14 pounds of premium (milk/dark/white)
chocolate.
Skewers and napkins.
Three
hours of fountain flow time with attendant.
Additional Fountain Time - Additional fountain time can be
arranged prior to the event, at a rate of $25.00 for each 1/2 hour.
Chocolate - Only
chocolate provided by Ocean Front Chocolates can be used. No refunds for melted or unused chocolate.
Display of Fountain
and Dipping Selection - We offer an assortment of display items such as platters, glassware, lighting, and tulle
to enhance your table.
Payment Agreement:
To hold the date and confirm
this agreement, a deposit of $150.00 is due when the contract is signed.
The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. Non-payment at
this time will void the contract.
Cancellation:
Deposit will be refunded
to client for cancellation over 14 days.
Deposit will
be retained for cancellation by client under 14 days.
In
the event that Ocean Front Chocolates needs to cancel for any reason, client is entitled
to refund of deposit but can not charge Ocean Front Chocolates with any other damages resulting from the cancellation.
