Welcome to our About Us page!
Our company, Ocean Front Chocolates, began in our home in December of 2003. Owner Gael Spencer
has seventeen years of professional baking and cake decorating experience, and has taken several classes with
Wilton and at the Notter School of Pastry Arts, in Orlando. She is also trained in the art of pulled and blown sugar, and
has spent numerous classroom hours studying chocolates as well.

About Our Business
Our Company became a reality after I retired from the nursing profession in the fall of 2003.
Thirty years in the medical field was all I could stand! However, it wasn't because I had made the decision
to quit that the idea of having a cake and chocolate business came up. I baked my first cake when I was 13 years
old and I am a "chocoholic," so the true calling of what I should be doing with myself came through.
I absolutely love what I do now, and it shows in my work ethic, the quality of my products, and -- most importantly
-- the happiness of our customers.

Our Business Philosophy
Our Business Philosophy is a very simple one. It's all about providing our customers with the best quality
products. Chocolates and Cakes are used for many of life's celebrations. We are proud to be a part
of these events each time you order from Ocean Front Chocolates.
Our Business Objective
The objective of our business is not only to provide the highest quality of product, but to be reliable
in delivering our service to you as well. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and using our products as
much as we enjoy providing them for you.
About Our Employees
Our business is family owned and operated. My husband, myself, our two grown sons,
and my brother have worked hard to get this business launched and keep it on the right track to success. It has
taken many hours and a lot of dedication to see this dream come true. We are looking forward to celebrating our fifth
year of being open on December 1, 2008.
While we currently don't employ anyone outside the family, we look forward to the time when we do.
Continuing to grow and expand is our number one goal, after customer satisfaction! Visit
us often, and watch us as we grow!
